Cancellations

All purchases of training products are final and non-refundable. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, that prevent you from taking part in the training.

If you need to cancel an enrolment, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the start of the training programme. We will gladly offer you a credit towards a future session of the same training programme, valid for up to 1 year from the date of original purchase.

 

Refunds

No refunds are provided. Transfers to another training programne on offer is possible subject to availability. If you do not use your future training credit within 1 year, it will expire.

Our Right to Cancel

EDUCATE Ventures Research Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training session or programme due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a training session that you are registered for and we are not able to reschedule it, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the training product or service.
